Enter a weight to see the dose.

Sugammadex is dosed on actual body weight and reverses rocuronium and vecuronium only. Neostigmine needs a first twitch of at least 10 percent of baseline before it is given, and its antimuscarinic goes in a separate syringe.

Formula

  • Sugammadex dose (mg) = mg/kg for the stated depth x actual body weight
  • Sugammadex volume (mL) = dose (mg) / 100 mg/mL, then rounded up into whole vials
